Bookings up to 3 nights.
A surcharge of 10 EUR is charged per night and person, in order to compensate the increased effort for cleaning and laundry.
Security Deposit.
The security deposit is 100 EUR for bookings up to 4 people and 200 EUR for the rest of bookings. It will be collected upon your arrival. If the condition of the apartment is the same as it was when you arrived, it will be returned on the day of your departure os it will be transferred to your bank account within less than 48 hours after leaving the apartment and once controlled its equipment.
