Enquire rates for bookings that extend these periods please.
Bookings up to 3 nights. A surcharge of 10 EUR is charged per night and person, in order to compensate the increased effort for cleaning and laundry.
Security Deposit.
The security deposit is 100 EUR for bookings up to 4 people and 200 EUR for the rest of bookings. It will be collected upon your arrival. If the condition of the apartment is the same as it was when you arrived, it will be returned on the day of your departure os it will be transferred to your bank account within less than 48 hours after leaving the apartment and once controlled its equipment.
This prices include laundry service and bed clothes (mattress cover, sheets, pillow, pillow cover, eiderdown and eiderdown's cover) and towels (1 bath towel and 2 hand towels per person). The service includes the change every 7 days. If you need an additional bed clothes and towels change, the laundry (wich is located in Paulstr., near the apartment) cost invoice will be directly paid by the renter. The use of the washing machine of the apartment is also allowed in order to wash it.
This prices include the final cleaning of the apartment (until 1:30 hour of cleaning service in stays of 3 or less days and 2:30 hours of cleaning in the rest of stays). If you leave the apartment too dirty and we require more cleaning hours, the additional cost will be paid by the renter: 15 EUR/additional hour. We honestly thank our renters because this never happened.
